We are?

GovAdv is TSA’s government advisory and stakeholder-engagement division, supporting domestic and international organizations in understanding and navigating Indonesia’s institutional landscape. Its work draws upon extensive experience engaging government ministries, law enforcement agencies, public institutions, diplomatic communities, and private-sector stakeholders.

Through strategic consultation, stakeholder mapping, institutional engagement, and carefully facilitated introductions, GovAdv helps clients establish relevant relationships and advance legitimate business, policy, and partnership objectives. Every engagement is managed with discretion, integrity, and a clear understanding that sustainable progress is built through trust, context, and meaningful dialogue.

About Dina E. Saksono

Dina Ernawati Saksono is the Chief Executive Officer of PT Tricatha Sempiternal Asia, leading the company’s strategic direction, business development, and multidisciplinary operations. She directly oversees TSA’s principal portfolios, including Gema Waskita Interaktifa, GovAdv, and DNA Studio, bringing together technology, government advisory, event management, stakeholder engagement, and creative production within one integrated business ecosystem.

With nearly two decades of experience working alongside the U.S. Department of Justice–ICITAP, Dina has contributed to international law-enforcement capacity building, environmental and natural-resource protection, and initiatives addressing violence against women and children. She founded the HELP Dashboard System and Application, launched by the Indonesian Chief of Police in 2018, and has represented Indonesia at the International Association of Women Police Training Conference in Barcelona. Her contributions have also been recognized through two Certificates of Appreciation from the Office of the U.S. Attorney General. Today, she brings this depth of institutional experience, international exposure, and cross-sector connectivity to TSA’s leadership and client engagements.
