As part of the evening’s festivities, a dedicated photobooth experience themed “Thales Oscar Night 2025” was curated to encourage engagement, networking, and informal interaction among attendees while capturing high-quality visual moments aligned with Thales’ corporate branding and celebratory atmosphere.

Gema Waskita Interaktifa (GWI) provided a full-service photobooth activation, delivering a five-hour unlimited photobooth experience complete with professional-grade equipment, custom-designed photo templates, branded frames, themed props, digital and printed outputs, GIF creation, QR code access, and complimentary backdrop options. The activation was seamlessly integrated into the event flow, serving as both an entertainment feature and a branding touchpoint that enhanced guest participation and post-event content value.
