Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Management/Communication/Marketing with a minimum GPA of 3.00

2. Maximum age 27 years

3. Experience in event planning/brand promotion/branding/marketing communication/public relations

4. Proficient in MS Office

5. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video editing applications is a plus

6. Strong planning and organizing skills

7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

8. Willing to work under pressure

9. Willing to work outside of normal working hours

10. Having a driver's license (SIM A/C) is a plus

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with the team to identify the exact event requirements.

2. Create a detailed event proposal, including the schedule, venue, vendors, legal obligations, and budget.

3. Conduct venue research and coordinate with vendors and contractors.

4. Manage and coordinate all event logistics activities.

5. Monitor event implementation to ensure it runs according to plan and applicable regulations.

6. Liaise with the Social Media, Media Relations, and external parties regarding event publicity and promotion.

7. Document and conduct post-event evaluations for portfolios and publications.

Job Requirements:

1. Passionate about events and communications.

2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in event management.

3. Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, or Public Relations with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

4. Good analytical and communication skills, and the ability to formulate creative ideas and concepts related to event execution.
